Well, I recently watched "An Inconvenient Truth" with Al Gore, and I had mixed emotions on it. I feel that yes, eventually if we don't do something to stop this pollution the world will become something we don't want it to be. However, how do we start, where do the start? the answer is you, it starts with you. that's my opinion on it all and I'm taking into consideration, taking action into this world and doing something about it. It all starts with one, and grows.

Would a eruption from a vulcano bring more Co2 in the air then anything else....
I do know we help with the Global warming effect, but a vulcano eruption gives like 100 times more Co2 then we can make in a normal life time.... So in my opinion this whole global warming effect is being made more dangerous than it really is...

First, who am i to discuss about global warming.. i'm just a freakin' kid Second, i do give my opinion about Al Gore... Schik was right ^_^ That guy can't stand it that he lost the elections in the USA from Bush (don't like this guy either), so he starts a campaign for global warming to criticise Bush... I prefer a nice action or horror movie above this full-of-facts documentary.. That's it..

I've changed my mind, completely.. wrote a 2 page essay about it (about how global warming is caused by natural causes and not human contribution) and I proved my point however stupidly enough my friends attempted to prove me wrong and in their own eyes they won. This caused fights and pretty much the reason why I'm gonna kick this kids ass, long story short.

Expressing my view i'll be direct and to the point; It doesn't matter who or what is to blame or is at cause. The fact is: it's we who are at the receiving end and are going to experience the consequences, anyway you turn it. No matter how these changes are going to turn out, personally i rather have a predictable future. We are pumping up enormous amounts of carbon out of ground reservoirs and binding this with oxygen. This changes both the carbon as the oxygen levels in our atmosphere, changing it characteristics. No matter how the change is going to turn out, it has to change something. Thinking we have to cut down on things is wrong. Caring about the environment is pure luxury, luxury we got because of gained productivity from use of machines. We cannot cut down on energy because machines need energy. Machines we need for productivity, productivity we need for luxury to care for our environment in the first place. In my opinion we have to start doing the same thing in different ways. Like focusing more on durability instead of disposable. Like how bio-fuel creates a carbon loop instead of how fossil-fuel creates a carbon dump. etc. My 2 euro-cents... ['we' as in humanity, i'm not the queen ]

Nice writen Foo,
Although the disposable will always exict because of the Money Wolves in the Higher level of society, There are enough ways to throw out the Fuel we use these day's, there are electric cars but would the state give up the tax the receive that the oil sjeiks sell all over the world... The money that is involved is to high and nobody is willing to give that up...
Ofcourse there will be changes someday, but dont think our generation will see that...

>In continuation to dark< He's right that this generation doesn't seem to know what the heck we're doin on this planet. Most of the parents of this generation teach their children the same as they have learned when they were young... I don't think the next generation(s) can stop the decay of earth, cuz the world's society (mostly the wealthy nations) are mostly busy with economical things and nature comes at a second place. We know the world's future but we can't change it.. how sad is that

Another handy tip; stop breathing, that is CO2 too you know. /sacarsm Seriously, people get brainwashed nowadays with 'use less energy this', 'do less that'. Can we please stick to practical means and ignore the politician's lobbying unthoughthrough mumbojumbo?
