Hey kil-star, First you have to search the web for a avatar you like, then you have to copy it's link by pressing your right mouse button on the avatar > and go to propertys > there you copy the (URL) link you see. then go to your profile and press "modify profile" there you'll see Avatar URL:paste the (URL) which you copied there. then go down, click "modify profile" and your avatar is ready. Good luck

but if you want to use a image from your computer. you need to upload that image. i use www.photobucket.com for my uploading things. but you need to make a account there. if thats not a problem its a good site. its fast en and spam mails or whatever. oh and its free see no payments at all. hope this will help you a bit.

Step to step... This is actually an instruction for pictures in general, but you can also simply upload your avatar there. What do you do when you have a picture which you would like to share with us? First go to: www.imageshack.usThere you can upload your picture. You can choose to resize the image (useful when the original pic is too big) or you can upload the original size. Usually for forums this size is sufficient: After you have chosen this, click on host it! and your picture will be uploaded. The picture you want to upload must be smaller than 1,5MB. After the upload is completed the result will look something like this: Now take the last link (where it says: Direct link to image) and copy it into your post. Right before the link you have to put a Your ready-to-post link has to look like this: Same thing when you enter a picture to your forum signature. Simply add the to the link and it will show up under every of your posts.
